LIFE VEST POUCHES
Our pouches ensure that life vests are safely stored so as not to trap seat belts or pull straps which may cause inflation or damage. The strong stitching, material and simple design means that risk of damage from passenger movement is reduced, whilst still being accessible in case of emergency.
STRAPS
Straps are a vital part of the safety procedure in an aircraft as they are used to open the life vest in the event of emergency. To ensure the straps operate effectively, Bradfor uses high quality materials that meet fire standards and the company also performs regular spot checks and examinations.
LITERATURE POCKETS
A literature pocket’s main purpose is to store emergency instructions and magazines for the passenger to browse. Bradfor’s literature pockets can be designed to match your seat cover design and we use high-quality fabrics and springs to ensure durability and withstand frequent usage.
REQUIREMENTS & QUOTES
Once the Quick Response Procedure is actioned, Bradfor immediately produces a competitive quotation for services. If the customer requires, Bradfor is able to purchase materials and fabrics from our trusted suppliers, which are also competitively priced. If successful, on receipt of the order, the production controller prepares a bespoke production schedule, which is then immediately released to begin the manufacturing journey.
Our experienced team of operatives complete the product to an exceptionally high standard within the specified delivery time and are kitted prior to delivery, at the request of the customer. Bradfor’s development team ensures that the customer is always kept informed of the progress of their order throughout each stage of the journey, from pattern making to delivery. If required, our development team is able to assist the customer with dressing the seats.
